As a Project Leader you are responsible for designing and planning your project and preparing for the team of volunteers. This means you will provide the tools (gloves, shovels, rags) and supplies (paint, sand paper, buckets etc.) for your team of volunteers. You will be sure your project can be completed in 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
